My name is Matt Cortes and I am PIP candidate for Thundersley South ward.

Since studying Politics & Law in college I have always had a keen interest in current affairs and politics both nationally and locally. I believe it is up to each of us individually to make the area a better place for all of us who live there. I am appalled at the quality of the roads around Castle Point. The deterioration is putting people in danger. PIP has a great mix from across the political spectrum that have come together for one reason, to protect and improve Castle Point. When I moved to the area one of the key reasons was all the beautiful green areas. We want to protect our Green Belt and retain our beautiful green spaces.
